Coco Cabana Collection offers $15 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $200. Our oversized products are not eligible for this shipping offer. Shipping costs for oversized products are charged at a flat rate of $30. Any items considered oversized will be clearly stated in the product description.
We use a variety of courier services to deliver your goods. All packages are sent using trackable delivery. A tracking number will be provided when available. We endeavour to ship all standard orders within 2-4 business days.
Delivery time is estimated between 3-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days. Please note that the courier delivery times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the courier service, public holidays or busy holiday periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer an exchange/store credit where items are returned at your own expense, and are in their original saleable condition and received within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@cococabanacollection.com.au and tell us the reason for your return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on sale items, or earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless deemed faulty).
If you feel that you have received a faulty item or that your item has been damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cococabanacollection.com.au and attach an image of the faulty/damaged item so that we may arrange a replacement, credit or refund.
