Handcrafted using pure soy wax, natural cotton wicks and thoughtfully designed blends of fragrance and essential oils.
Our candles are set in reusable whisky tumblers. Once your candle is finished, rinse out tumbler with hot soapy water and use for your favourite drink.
On your first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of your vessel before extinguishing. This will usually take a couple hours and will enhance the longevity of your candle. Trim your candle wick to 5mm before re-lighting.
Coco Cabana Collection offers complimentary shipping for orders over $200, and $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $100. Our oversized products are not eligible for these shipping offers. Shipping costs for oversized products are charged at a flat rate of $30. Any items considered oversized will be clearly stated in the product description.
We use a variety of courier services to deliver your goods. All packages are sent using trackable delivery. A tracking number will be provided when available. We endeavour to ship all standard orders within 2-4 business days. Express orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time is estimated between 3-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days. Please note that the courier delivery times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the courier service, public holidays or busy holiday periods. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer an exchange/store credit where items are returned at your own expense, and are in their original saleable condition and received within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and tell us the reason for your return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on sale items, or earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless deemed faulty).
If you feel that you have received a faulty item or that your item has been damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach an image of the faulty/damaged item so that we may arrange a replacement, credit or refund.
